It has now been almost 8 years since AGC Glass Europe decided to collaborate with Assusoft. We can attest to their expertise and responsiveness. The Assusoft software is used by Bank Degroof Petercam for two purposes.

Firstly, this software is essential for the complex data exchange between the payroll system and our various health and group insurance providers. Its importance was once again demonstrated during the integration of another entity. This allowed the new data to be automatically and accurately transmitted to both existing and new insurers. The support from the functional Assusoft team was also crucial.

Secondly, we use the software to communicate and exchange data with our leasing companies. Through Assusoft, we receive the latest vehicle data and send, for example, address changes to the leasing companies.

Thanks to Assusoft, the data exchange process is well automated and structured. What makes the difference for Bank Degroof Petercam is being able to work with people who understand our processes, actively think along with us, and help guide our setup.

Personnel data often needs to be entered multiple times when offering various compensation elements to employees. We had to input the same data 6 to 7 times across different providers. This involved not only onboarding data, but also changes and offboarding. With Assusoft, we reduced the workload related to data registration and communication for onboarding, changes, and offboarding of our hospitalization, outpatient, and group insurance — spread across various plans and covering 1,000 employees — from several days to an average of half a day per month. Assusoft not only lowers our workload but also ensures accurate exchange of essential information. This allows us to focus more on initiatives that bring added value to our employees.
