Digital management of personnel file.

This module offers the possibility to digitally manage the personnel file in an intelligent way and can optionally be added to the Assusoft base module.

File per employee

Assusoft prepares a file with the necessary documents for every new employee. It takes into account the differences in contract type, family situation, etc.

Avoid double encoding

These documents are automatically completed with the most recent personal data through the link with the payroll system.

Follow up

The necessary actions are intelligently controlled by Assusoft. These include checks on completeness of the file, automatic reminders in the absence of specific documents (on time) or when extra documents are required for a certain event, …

The personnel file is often still kept in a paper version. However, this can take up considerable space and is impermanent. Assusoft makes it possible to keep a structured archive per employee in a dynamic digital environment.
